eBookMark.net reserves the right to delete bookmarks from public display
as it sees fit. eBookMark.net reserves the right to delete accounts that
have not been used for a six month period. eBookMark.net reserves the
right to refuse to provide services to any person, business, or entity
as it sees fit. eBookMark.net reserves the right to review any account
and its content at any time to determine compliance with these terms of
use and accpetable uses. eBookMark.net will not and may not be held responsbile
for any failure, software/hardware malfunction, or error even if it is
on eBookMark.net's part, including loss of data - proper backup of all
data is the responsibility of each user. Every user/registrant must read
and agree to these terms of servce, terms of use, and disclaimers and
